The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a total portfolio return that is better than the world equity market, over the long term. The principal focus of the investment policy of the Fund is to invest in shares of companies that are listed on Recognised Markets. Up to 35% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value may be invested equities listed in countries considered emerging markets. The Investment Manager may, at its discretion invest, directly, up to 10% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund in transferable securities, namely equities or money market instruments which are not listed, traded or dealt in on a Recognised Market.
