Global Iman Series A

The fundamental investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with long-term growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of global investments that are in accordance with Islamic investment principles. The Fund will invest its assets primarily in equity securities of companies from around the world. The Fund may utilize other types of securities, which may include, but not limited to, variable rate securities, options, futures and other types of derivatives deemed to be in compliance with Islamic investment principles. In the case of derivatives, they will be used to ensure that a proper diversification of holdings is obtained and maintained by the Fund. The fundamental investment objective of the Fund may only be changed with the approval of a majority of Unitholders at a meeting called for that purpose.
