The objective of the Fund is to achieve a total return (capital appreciation and income combined) on your investment. To achieve this objective, the Fund will invest in Shariah compliant shares of companies, or investments similar to shares of companies e.g. depository receipts or real estate investment trusts, listed on regulated markets worldwide. The Fund will primarily invest in developed markets. However, the Fund may invest up to 20% of its net asset value in shares of companies which are domiciled in non-OECD and emerging markets (i.e. developing countries).
